Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot compressors, motors, thermostats, pumps, fans, and control systems.
Check refrigerant levels and identify leaks.
Perform ductwork, piping, and ventilation-related work as required.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and technical specifications.
Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations.
Respond to breakdowns and service requests promptly.
Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in valuable condition.





Requirements
ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance/service experience.
Valuable knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC faults independently.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
