Job Responsibilities Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines/equipment. Attend breakdown complaints and troubleshoot technical issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Identify mechanical and electrical problems and provide suitable solutions. Coordinate with customers and understand their technical requirements. Prepare service reports and maintain records of service activities.
Support the after-sales service team and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. Coordinate with the design/production team whenever technical support is required. Travel to customer locations as per service requirements.
