Job Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil works.
Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and other site teams.
Check measurements, quantities, and quality of executed work.
Maintain daily site progress reports and site records.
Assist with material planning and tracking site requirements.
Ensure proper usage and storage of construction materials.
Support QA/QC inspections and rectification of site issues.
Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes during execution.
Report progress, delays, and site issues to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of civil construction and high-rise building works.
Ability to read architectural, structural and civil drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Understanding of quantity calculations and measurements.
Good site coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work full time at the project site.
