Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter specializing in BPO hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Sales, Collections, Back Office, and other BPO roles.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and achieving monthly joining targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer service positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, WhatsApp groups, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial telephonic screening based on communication skills, experience, salary expectations, location, shift flexibility, and joining availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and operations/hiring managers.
Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups from screening through interview, selection, documentation, and joining.
Minimize candidate dropouts and improve interview-to-joining conversion.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and update ATS/CRM/recruitment trackers daily.




Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for ongoing BPO requirements.
Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns when required.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate preferred; undergraduates may be considered based on experience and communication skills.

Experience: Fresher or 0–3 years of recruitment experience. Candidates with BPO/Bulk Hiring experience will be preferred.

Required Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, candidate sourcing and screening ability, understanding of BPO hiring, robust follow-up skills, basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, ability to work with recruitment targets, and familiarity with job portals and social recruiting.

Preferred Experience

Experience hiring for processes such as International Voice, Domestic Voice, Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, Collections, Technical Support, Chat/Email Support, and Back Office will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
