Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Explain job roles, salary, location, and other details to candidates.
Coordinate with the hiring team for interview feedback and offer updates.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Comfortable making calls and following up with candidates.
Valuable convincing and coordination skills.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
