IAM Administrator Cloud COE

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of user access to systems and applications using Savyint IGA, AD Users and Computers applet from a windows desktop, or directly within an application itself.
Follow defined processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, contractors, and partners.
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
Troubleshoot access issues and provide timely resolution.
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) to align user access with job responsibilities.

Position Requirements:
Proven experience in provisioning and deprovisioning user access in an enterprise workplace.
Experience using scripts and automation to shorten the time to onboard/provision/deprovision user and system access.
Robust understanding of access control principles and security best practices.




Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Amazon AWS IAM roles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate with IT and business partners in easy-to-understand non-technical terms.

Desired Competencies:
Expertise in Savyint IGA system for managing user access
Certification in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related field.
Experience with implementing access provisioning solutions in cloud environments.
Knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) tools.
Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud workplace and basic identity functions native to that platform.

Qualification & Experience

B.Sc., B.C.A, M.C.A., B.E./B.Tech.
