Company Description Bihar Entrepreneurs Association (BEA) बिहार उद्यमी संघ is a not-for-profit, youth-led organization founded in 2011 to foster entrepreneurial mindsets in Bihar and neighboring states in Eastern India. BEA focuses on economic empowerment of youth and women, especially underprivileged and grassroots communities, through entrepreneurship development. The association runs the Enterprising Zone, a 6,000 sq ft internationally recognized incubation and business facilitation center that provides free end-to-end support from ideation to execution and scale-up.

BEA has conducted extensive outreach through “StartUp Yatras,” engaging over one lakh youth across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand, and has supported more than 200 recognized startups and 3,000+ entrepreneurs. Its work is backed by grants from state, national, and international bodies and has influenced government startup policies and funding initiatives.

Role Description This part-time Intern role is on-site and based in Patna, supporting BEA’s entrepreneurship and incubation initiatives. The intern will assist in organizing workshops, events,



and outreach campaigns for youth and grassroots entrepreneurs, including logistics coordination and participant engagement. Daily tasks include collecting and managing data, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting documentation of programs and success stories.

The role involves collaborating with the incubation team to help onboard entrepreneurs, coordinate mentoring sessions, and provide general administrative support. The intern will also contribute to communication activities, such as drafting straightforward content for social media, emails, and awareness materials, under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications
Robust interest in entrepreneurship, social impact, and economic development within Bihar and Eastern India.
Basic skills in communication and documentation, including transparent writing and presentation preparation.
Ability to support event and workshop coordination, including planning, logistics, and participant follow-up.
Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office or Google Workspace) and simple data entry and tracking.
