Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment & joining targets.
Manage candidate follow-ups and vacancy closures.
Complete joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, F&F;, relieving and experience letters.
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.

Requirements
2–5 years of recruitment/HR experience.
Experience in target-based recruitment.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
Candidates with manufacturing/automotive/industrial recruitment experience preferred.
