Key Responsibilities
Assist IVF consultants in patient consultations, follow-ups, and treatment coordination.
Take and document patient history, basic clinical information, vitals, and treatment details.
Explain prescribed treatment plans, investigations, medications, and follow-up schedules to patients as directed by the consultant.
Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, investigations, scans, procedures, and follow-ups.
Assist in monitoring patients during the IVF treatment cycle and promptly report any concerns to the concerned consultant.
Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.
Coordinate with the embryology, nursing, OT, pharmacy, and front-office teams for smooth patient management.
Follow up with patients regarding reports, medication compliance, appointments, and treatment-related instructions.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation for IVF cycles and procedures.
Support the consultant during OPD, counselling, procedures, and other clinical activities, within the scope of qualification and applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with the centre's clinical protocols, SOPs, infection-control practices,



and patient-safety standards.
Handle patient queries professionally and escalate clinical matters to the concerned senior doctor.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Participate in centre meetings, training programs, and clinical quality initiatives.
Perform other clinical and administrative duties assigned by the Centre Head / Senior Doctor.

Preferred
Prior experience in IVF, fertility, gynaecology, hospital, or clinical setup.
Knowledge of IVF treatment cycles and fertility-related investigations.
Experience in patient counselling and follow-up coordination.
