Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve production processes, workflows, and layouts.
Conduct time studies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
Monitor production performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material handling.
Support production planning, capacity analysis, and process improvement projects.




Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, production planning, and process improvement techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and time study.
Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.
Ability to prepare reports and analyze production data.
Teamwork and coordination skills.
