Role & responsibilities
Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementations of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.
Cloud Migration: Guide technical infrastructure plans for moving legacy setups to Oracle Cloud EPM.
Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and client engagement.
Team Leadership: Provide functional guidance and technical oversight to developers and consultants
Lead strategy: Direct the design, architecture, and deployment of Oracle EPM and Hyperion tools.
Manage practice: Drive business growth, handle resource allocation, and mentor team members.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products and solutions.
Proven experience in owning and driving practice strategy, including revenue growth,



capability development, and service offerings.
Solid track record in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
Extensive experience managing customer relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, estimations, presentations, and business development support.

Preferred Profile:
Ability to lead Hyperion practice initiatives and drive business growth.
Solid consulting mindset with experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.
Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
