Role & responsibilities
Execute production plans based on customer requirements to achieve shift-wise production targets.
Coordinate with the Raw Material Department to ensure timely availability of raw materials as per shift process requirements.
Monitor and control process parameters shift-wise to maintain product quality and meet product acceptance criteria.
Improve productivity through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, equipment, and other production resources.
Organize and coordinate the dispatch of finished products and by-products as per the planned schedule.
Effectively manage and utilize shift manpower to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Support and participate in new product development and new process development activities.




Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and maintain protected working conditions.
Maintain a clean and productive working environment through effective housekeeping practices.
Maintain ISO-related activities and implement organizational best practices in production operations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth and productive production activities.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech. In Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience in process/manufacturing/mineral/chemical/cement-related industries is preferred.
