Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
Conduct extensive headhunting for regular as well as niche and specialized positions.
Identify and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn, qualified networks, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Perform talent mapping and identify suitable candidates from targeted companies and industries.
Handle niche and hard-to-fill positions where conventional job-portal sourcing may not be sufficient.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build robust relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate closures.




Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize offer dropouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Ability to source difficult-to-find profiles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
