Study architectural, interior design, 2D, 3D, and production drawings to understand project requirements.
Review specifications, measurements, materials, finishes, hardware, and other project details.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, living areas, bedrooms, and other interior works.
Calculate material requirements including boards, laminates, veneers, hardware, accessories, glass, profiles, and other components.
Prepare accurate project-wise cost estimates and quotations based on drawings, specifications, and approved material selections.
Ensure all required items, quantities, labour costs, transportation, installation, and other applicable charges are included.
Analyse material and labour costs and assist in maintaining project profitability.
Identify cost variations and highlight any discrepancies before finalising the quotation.
Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Production, Purchase, and Sales teams for clarification of project requirements.




Obtain necessary information regarding design changes, material selections, specifications, and scope of work.
Revise estimates and quotations based on design modifications, customer requirements, or scope changes.
Maintain proper records of revised quotations and ensure the latest approved version is used.
Maintain project-wise estimation sheets, BOQs, quotations, material calculations, and supporting documents.
Prepare estimation reports and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities, rates, calculations, and final project costs.
Identify possible estimation errors, material wastage, and cost discrepancies before the project is released for production or execution
