About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documents.
Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly salary processing.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Prepare HR letters, policies, reports, and other documentation.
Manage office administration, stationery, housekeeping, vendors, and general office requirements.
Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR & administrative operations.
Maintain HR MIS and employee databases.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in HR & Administration.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR and administrative activities independently.
