Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Follow up with candidates and manage the offer roll-out process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Develop and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing/engineering hiring preferred).
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and labour laws is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
