Position: HR – Recruitment Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR – Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
Manage job postings on Indeed and other job portals.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
Maintain daily candidate data and recruitment status.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements.




Conduct campus recruitment and coordinate with colleges when required.
Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
Support daily HR activities as required.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in HR will be preferred.
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Recruitment/HR.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Only Male Candidates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
