Roles and Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Assemble and disassemble machinery components for repair or replacement.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment function and identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and implement solutions to minimize machinery downtime.
Work with various tools such as tapping tools and perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG).
Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines.

Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of bearings, CNC maintenance, drilling, machine assembly, and machine building.
Ability to work with various tools such as tapping tools and perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG).
Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.
Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines.
Knowledge of machine assembly and disassembly procedures.
Understanding of quality control checks and troubleshooting techniques.
