IT Administrator Ahmedabad

3S Structure & MEP Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full time IT Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day IT requirements of our Ahmedabad and Jaipur offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, software, and IT equipment.
Manage QNAP NAS, shared folders, user permissions, snapshots, backups, and data recovery.
Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, Fortinet firewall, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
Manage Microsoft 365, email, OneDrive, user accounts, and licenses.
Manage antivirus, Windows updates, malware/ransomware protection, and basic cybersecurity.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
Install and troubleshoot AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and other engineering software.
Maintain IT equipment, network, backup, and user-access documentation.




Coordinate with external IT/security specialists when advanced support is required.

Experience: 35+ years of hands-on IT support/system administration experience. Experience with Windows, networking, NAS/storage, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity preferred. QNAP and Fortinet experience is an advantage. Salary & Advantages
Salary: 55,000 per month
