Junior Field Service Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, technical support, and customer assistance for Flagman devices at various customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Flagman devices at customer sites.
Perform electrical wiring and basic PLC connections.
Assist with API and software integration activities.
Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to customers.
Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide basic training and support to customers on the usage of Flagman.
Document installation activities and customer feedback.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical,



Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or related field.
Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical wiring.
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows.
Familiarity with SCADA systems is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of APIs and software integration is an advantage.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across India.
Freshers and candidates with 02 years of relevant experience can apply.
