What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Maintain candidate records in the ATS
Assist with offer letters and offer rollout
Track hiring data and recruitment reports

HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with background verification
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Assist with HR policies and administrative tasks





What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing final year in HR, BBA/BMS, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination skills
Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri or other job portals is a plus
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
