Role & Requirements:

Greet and guide recent employees on their first day.

Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations.

Ensure completion of joining formalities, forms, and policy acknowledgments.

Maintain accurate employee records and digital filing systems.

Update trackers (new joiner status, onboarding progress, etc.).

Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with current hires and multiple departments

Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skill

Ability to manage confidential information

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
