About the Role

Estate Routes is looking for a HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations in the real estate industry.

This prospect is ideal for students and freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and want hands-on experience in a professional work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
Assist in preparing and posting job openings.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist with employee documentation and basic HR operations.
Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.

Eligibility

Candidates available for a 2-month commitment are preferred.
