Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records.
Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC and labour-related matters.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing.
Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
