Role Description The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Baaz Bikes hub in Gurugram in a full time, in office capacity. This role includes supervising hub staff, coordinating vehicle and battery availability, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth rider onboarding and support.

Manager monitors operational performance, addresses rider queries and concerns, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and process standards. The role involves tracking key metrics, preparing basic reports,



coordinating with central operations and service teams, and implementing continuous improvements in hub workflows.

Manager also supports local partnerships, manages scheduling, and maintains a professional, customer-centric environment at the hub.

Qualifications
Operational management skills, including hub or branch supervision, workforce coordination, and process adherence.
Experience in inventory handling, asset management, and basic logistics planning.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with delivery riders and internal stakeholders.
Basic data and reporting skills, including using spreadsheets or simple tools to track KPIs and performance.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage day-to-day issues and resolve operational challenges.
Ability to work in office full time in Gurugram and manage shifts or extended hours when required.
Prior experience in mobility, logistics, warehousing, or gig-economy operations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field preferred.
