Role Description This is a full time, in office Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the influencer marketing team by identifying and researching potential creators, maintaining influencer databases, and assisting with outreach and communication across social media and email. Daily tasks include coordinating campaign briefs, tracking deliverables, monitoring content performance, and preparing basic reports and summaries.

The role also involves helping manage brand collaborations, supporting event or activation planning,



and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and content formats. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of influencer campaigns and a positive experience for creators and brand partners.

Qualifications
Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with familiarity across major platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Basic skills in online research, data organization, and using spreadsheets or easy analytics tools to track campaign performance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining clear documentation.
Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Creative mindset with an eye for content trends, audience engagement, and storytelling that resonates with target communities.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and openness to learning current tools, processes, and campaign management practices.
