HR Campus Recruiter (Lateral Hiring)

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy HR Research & Strategy Associate with a robust knowledge of AI tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers, conducting in-depth research about the industry and AI tools for interviews and reports. This role involves HR recruitment for campus walk-in drives targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates, as well as preparing presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends and AI tools.
Analyze data to provide insights for HR strategies and reporting.
HR Recruitment:
Manage campus recruitment drives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates.
Coordinate with universities and colleges for engagement and recruitment activities.
Presentation & Reporting:
Prepare detailed presentations and reports based on research findings.
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Coordination & Planning:
Plan and initiate campus engagement drives.




Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of recruitment strategies.
Market Research:
Conduct market research as required to support HR initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in HR and AI.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR research or strategy roles.
Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes.
Excellent research capabilities with a keen analytical mindset.
Proficient in preparing presentations and reports with strong communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to recent tools and technologies.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
