Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, online platforms, and other channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information or solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Conduct regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and customer retention.




Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for management.
Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and internet applications.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
