Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, configuration & maintenance of hardware/software.
Provide first-level IT support (systems, networks, and applications).
Help monitor backups, antivirus, and system updates.
Set up recent employee workstations (laptops, email, accounts, etc.).
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with the IT team on projects and upgrades.
Learn current tech areas like cybersecurity, cloud, and network ops.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
Understanding of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Robust communication and a proactive mindset.
Passion for learning and growing in IT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
