Position: IT Support (Hardware & Software) & Facility Systems Manager

Department: IT & Administration

Reporting To: Management

Location: South Delhi

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Salary Package: 20000 - 25000

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the organisation’s IT infrastructure and critical facility systems, ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
Server management, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting.
Networking infrastructure, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Handling day-to-day IT hardware, software, and system-related issues.
EPABX/intercom system management and maintenance.
Fire alarm system monitoring, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Sprinkler system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely preventive servicing.




Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and technical support.
Provide regular updates to management on system status and pending issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and facility systems management.
Experience in server, networking, EPABX, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems preferred.
Robust troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
