Position: IT Inventory Management Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end management of IT assets and inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories and other IT equipment. The role will ensure accurate asset records, timely allocation/recovery, reconciliation and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets from purchase to allocation, transfer, repair, return and disposal.
Manage asset tagging and maintain asset-wise records including serial number, asset ID, configuration, user and location.
Handle IT asset issuance and recovery during employee joining, transfer and exit.
Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of IT inventory.
Track assets under repair, warranty, AMC, rental and replacement.
Maintain records of rented IT assets and coordinate with vendors for deployment, upgrades, replacements and returns.
Ensure timely updating of inventory software/system and supporting documents.




Prepare periodic inventory, asset movement, ageing and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with Procurement for current purchases, rentals and replacement requirements.
Identify discrepancies, shortages, damaged/missing assets and escalate them appropriately.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, asset in/out, handover forms and exit clearance.
Support IT asset audit and compliance requirements.
Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels for commonly used IT accessories.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of IT asset and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with inventory/asset management software.
Positive knowledge of laptops, desktops, monitors, networking equipment and IT accessories.
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliation.
Positive coordination and vendor-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
