Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to manage enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud settings. The role involves technical leadership, infrastructure operations, incident management, automation, security, backup/DR, and vendor management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
Solid hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and enterprise monitoring.
Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including RPO/RTO and recovery drills.
Lead P1/P2 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA,



and problem management.
Drive security hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and audits.
Coordinate with Network, Security, Database, Application, and Cloud teams.
Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs, escalations, and service delivery.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, governance, and support infrastructure modernization initiatives.
