Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of shipbuilding, ship repair, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, welders, fitters, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Monitor mechanical repair works involving engines, pumps, compressors, valves, piping systems, and auxiliary machinery.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, specifications, and repair procedures.
Conduct onboard inspections, measurements, and condition assessments of machinery and equipment.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, work completion reports, and technical documentation.
Support dry-docking,



machinery overhauls, commissioning, testing, and sea trial activities.
Coordinate material requirements, tools, equipment, and manpower for assigned tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and shipyard procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical defects and implementing corrective actions.
Liaise with clients, classification societies, vessel crew, and internal departments as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
