Location: Kolkata Department: MIS / Operations Job Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain and update data in MS Excel and Google Sheets . Enter, organize, and verify data accurately.

Prepare basic reports and summaries for management. Coordinate with different departments for data collection. Maintain records of sales, purchase, production, inventory, and other operational data. Check data for errors and discrepancies.

Support the MIS team in preparing dashboards and reports.

Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets . Basic knowledge of formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP . Knowledge of Pivot Tables will be an advantage. Valuable typing and data-handling skills. Good attention to detail. Basic knowledge of ChatGPT will be an advantage. Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Experience 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with positive Excel knowledge can also apply.
