Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and technical skill requirements from hiring managers.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure.




Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Required Skills
Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Positive understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Solid follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
