Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions across various levels.
Understand technical requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and organizational fit.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT hiring requirements.
Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, market availability,



and salary benchmarks.
Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
Strong experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles.
Positive understanding of IT technologies, technical skills, and job requirements.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Robust candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven organization will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
