Operate lathe machines safely and efficiently for machining components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and machining instructions.
Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, grooving, and other machining operations.
Select and set appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machine parameters.
Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components are produced according to required quality standards and tolerances.
Perform machine setting, tool changing, and basic adjustments.
Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, or machining issues.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Record production and inspection details as required.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve production or quality issues.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
