Role: Insurance Advisor

Consultative sales role | Inbound only | Work from anywhere

You'll advise inbound customers in English/Hindi, understanding their needs, recommending the right plan, and guiding them to purchase. No cold calls, no sales targets but when the fit is right, closing is part of the job.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound consultations via calls or WhatsApp (no cold calling)
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health/term insurance plans
Explain policy trade-offs clearly and help customers buy with confidence
Manage end-to-end customer interactions using CRM tools

Fluent in English (mandatory)
Robust communication and customer empathy




Detail-oriented (errors in insurance can affect claims)
No prior insurance experience required; we train you from scratch
