We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Strong experience in IT sourcing and recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent English communication skills Mandatory.
Solid candidate interaction and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Good knowledge of IT roles and recruitment processes.
Candidates must be willing to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
