Key Responsibilities:
Assess company-wide training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business goals.
Design, implement, and manage training programs through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Serve as the primary administrator of the LMS, including course creation, user management, and reporting.
Analyze training metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and engaging training content.
Develop and deliver both in-person and virtual learning experiences using blended learning models.
Ensure compliance training is up to date and accurately tracked within the LMS.
Research and recommend current technologies or tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
Manage training budgets and liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to training activity, attendance, certifications, and performance.
