To manager the compete internal sales process receiving customer enquirires to quatiuaon, follow- up, order confiramtion and coordination with production, ppc, purchase, Qc, Stores, Accounts and Dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customer
Key Repsponsibilites
Enquiry Management
Receive and registor customer enquiries through email, phone and other channels.
Undersstand customer requirements, pump specificaotns, application and operating conditions
Coordinate with the Technical / Sales Team for pump selction and technical clarifications.
Prepare enqiury- wise records and ensure timely responses
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
