We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical positions. The candidate should have experience recruiting for IT roles and a valuable understanding of the staffing process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment cycle for IT positions sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,Indeed), referrals and internal database.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers/clients and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to check skills, experience, and availability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate salary expectations with candidates.




Maintain candidate records and update status in ATS/Excel tracker.
Build a valuable pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers till closure/onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.
Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Developers, Testers, Cloud, Support, Digital Solutions etc.).
Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions at once.
