Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software testing who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in the QA process. You will work closely with developers, senior testers, and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
Understand business and technical requirements for assigned projects
Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases
Execute test cases and report defects clearly and accurately
Re-test fixes to ensure issues are resolved
Assist in maintaining test documentation and updating it when requirements change
Support test planning and execution activities




Participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions
Work with team members to prepare test data and ensure proper test coverage
Help track and monitor defects using bug tracking tools
Follow the complete software testing lifecycle with guidance from senior team members

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge)
Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
Ability to read requirements and write simple test cases
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills (Positive To Have)
Internship or training experience in software testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic understanding of web or mobile application testing
