Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Industry: Restaurant / CDR / QSR / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate training programs for restaurant and QSR employees.
Conduct induction and onboarding training for recent employees.
Deliver training on customer service, food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and restaurant operations.
Identify employee training needs through performance reviews and operational feedback.
Prepare training calendars, materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
Conduct product knowledge and service-skills training for front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams to ensure effective training implementation.
Track employee attendance, training completion, assessments, and training records.
Conduct refresher training and follow-up sessions to improve employee performance.
Support leadership-development programs for supervisors and managers.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job observation.




Maintain L&D; reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support the development and implementation of SOP-based training programs across outlets.
Travel to different restaurant outlets when required to conduct training.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in L&D;, training, hospitality, restaurants, CDR, or QSR is preferred.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to engage and train employees at different levels.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel between outlets in Bangalore.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
