Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of Kerala holiday packages.
Handle transport operations and vehicle management for guest movements.
Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure timely and smooth service.
Manage and maintain a reliable network of transport vendors across Kerala.
Negotiate transport rates and manage vendor bookings and allocations.
Monitor vehicle availability, schedules, reporting times, and trip assignments.
Coordinate transportation for airport/railway transfers, sightseeing, and intercity travel.
Handle last-minute transport changes, cancellations, and operational issues.
Coordinate with hotels, tour coordinators, sales teams, and vendors for smooth package execution.
Ensure proper documentation, vendor records, and operational updates are maintained.

Requirements




Experience in Kerala holiday package operations is preferred.
Prior experience in transport management and transport vendor management is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of Kerala routes, destinations, and transportation services.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and urgent operational requirements.
Candidates with experience in the travel & tourism industry will be preferred.
