About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, identifying and approaching potential clients and converting leads into registered business clients of the Global Deal Room. The candidate will take an active role in the overall sales, marketing, business development and client relationship management activities of the initiative.

The role requires a strong B2B sales professional with good communication, convincing and follow-up skills. A basic understanding of international business or global B2B business development will be an added advantage, as the candidate will be required to interact with both Indian businesses/exporters/MSMEs and international experts.

Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition or Relationship Management.
Robust lead generation, lead conversion, convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business leads for AECCI Global Deal Room.
Identify and approach potential Indian businesses, exporters, MSMEs and other relevant organisations.




Convert qualified leads into clients/business members through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Handle end-to-end B2B sales activities, from lead generation and initial communication to client conversion and onboarding.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue and client acquisition targets.
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to promote the Global Deal Room.
Maintain lead, sales and client records and provide regular updates to the management.

Important Note

This is a target-based business development and sales role with a solid focus on lead generation and lead conversion. It is not a pure tele calling, customer support or back-office position.
