About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Analyst – D⁢ Data to drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, with a solid focus on SAP MDG implementation. The role bridges business needs and IT solutions, contributing to architecture design, system evolution, and delivery of data-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specs.
Estimate project scope, impact, and budget with architects and analysts.
Define and support data architecture, ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
Oversee technical implementation, validate specs, and run functional testing.




Contribute to RFPs and vendor assessments as needed.

Required Skills:
Expertise in SAP MDG and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
Technical background: ABAP, WebDynpro, API Webservices, IDoc.
Functional understanding of MDM processes and governance.
Experience in system architecture, integration, and data projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Industry experience in steel/manufacturing preferred.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
