As the Lead for Rides & Communities, you will spearhead customer experience and cultivate a passionate motorcycling culture. You will design and execute experiential rides, signature expeditions, and community engagements, while leveraging customer insights to strengthen brand loyalty across our premium ecosystem

What You Will Do

- Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end strategy for experiential rides, rallies, signature expeditions, and community-building initiatives.
/n
- Community & MotoSports Synergy: Drive community engagement, customer loyalty programs, and align with MotoSports initiatives.
/n
- Customer Experience (CX) & Training: Elevate overall customer experience and oversee rider training interventions, safety briefing modules, and route planning.
/n
- Ecosystem Growth: Partner with brand teams to translate market insights and customer feedback into impactful community strategies that strengthen the overall riding culture.

A Day in the Life

- Engaging with active rider community chapters and managing rider training academies.
/n
- Planning high-impact experiential rides, signature expeditions, and safety briefing modules.
/n
- Overseeing ride route selection, vehicle procurement, vendor management, and operating budget governance.
/n
- Analyzing post-event CSAT/NPS feedback to continuously refine community programs.
/n
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders and resolving high-priority customer escalations under field conditions.
/n

What We're Looking For

- Academic Background: An MBA in Marketing preferably from a Tier 1 institute.
