● Minimum 8 years experience- Highly desirable to have knowledge in Healthcare domain

● Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

● Writing acceptable test cases and performing black-box testing to ensure that the

● Performing show and tell sessions with the stakeholders

● Effectively doing change management – for defects as well as change requests

● Performing cost-perk-analysis to see which option is better amongst the available choices

● Create detailed wireframes and process flow diagrams as needed

● Help the technical team in context flow diagrams and in evaluating technical solutions

● Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize

● systems.

● Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
