We are looking for graduated, young and dynamic sales executives (realty sector / plotted development) with good communication skills who possess 1 to 5 years of sales experience.

Work location: Residential plotted development project located Near Kadakola Industrial Area, Mysuru.

Job Role
Manage Leads, Attend to walk-in customers, narrate / explain about project, features, pricing, advantages, etc.
analyse customer needs and propose available realty solutions accordingly.
ensure to followup in a timely manner till a decision is made by the customer.
Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms from potential / interested customers.
collaborate with respective senior staff for timely responses to customers and to close on bookings, manage documentation activities.
collaborate with other teams/departments to ensure smooth transition right from Booking till delivery.
must be willing to work on other tasks assigned by management.
Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Update customer information in a timely manner as and when applicable in the CRM system.




provide sales reports and daily activity updates.
Actively participate in lead generation campaigns.

Sales incentives as applicable shall be discussed post selection and interview.

MBA candidates, UPSC aspiring candidates can also apply (1 to 2 years of experience is a must) for junior sales executive positions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
